or vice versa,
if you are like 19 years old and already got partial dentures… are you kinda left out of the scene or not?

…. why not? It wouldn’t even occur to me to think twice about it. I mean, my husband wears glasses, how is that any different?
Unless this person is popping the dentures in and out of their mouth…how would you know?
I wouldn’t have a problem with it.
I could see that being a little bit of a turnoff, but it depends on the reason why. If someone’s dental hygiene is so bad they lost their teeth by age 19, that’s a bit unpleasant to think about and that’s an issue unless they dealt with it and now take care of their remaining teeth. However, if it was due to some other medical cause beyond their control or an accident, it wouldn’t matter. Then it would indeed be like glasses. If they just didn’t brush their teeth though, that’s gross and if they haven’t changed their ways, they’d probably have bad breath.
Unless she takes them out to show them to me, how would I know? And if she does (take them out and show me), then probably not.
I see that @tranquilsea beat me to that response.
I wouldn’t know unless they told me or showed me. It’s not something I would break up with someone over either. In general, I am not interested in the teeth of other people unless dental hygiene is the issue. Otherwise, a smile is still a smile.
My grandmother got hit in the face with a tree and knocked all her teeth out, so she’s had dentures forever. She was a beautiful woman, who never was without a boyfriend.
Sure I would—if I didn’t know. If it got serious and she told me, I wouldn’t let something as trivial as that come between us.
I think that if I did know at the beginning, it would take up too much mind time.
I am not a big denture fan. Sorry. :-(
