For those who play the Sims video game, where do you buy that healthy machine?

Ok so on Sims 2 Double Deluxe, my person is dying but I really don’t want her to die like all the other people I made because she has 6 kids. So my friend told me there was this thing I could buy where I hop in it and it makes my Sim healthy. Like, it makes all their health bars go up. So yeah, does anyone know where to buy that. I have tried searching under the building mode but I couldn’t seem to find it. Please help. Thanks
