I’m still Brian at AB, except now I don’t use a suffixed tag there.

I was once Lady Alathia of Vulcan. Changed the name, kept the avatar. ^_^

I am Mikelbf2000 on AB. I’m still active on it. I liked the old format better.

My name is the same as on AB. Tons of former ABusers came here to Fluther originally after the AB meltdown. But we were spoiled by the freedom of speech we had on AB, and didn’t realise it at the time. Many of us got fed up with the censorship moderation here on Fluther, and gave up on it. Many of us have scattered. I just barely tolerate it because, unfortunately, Fiuther is the best Q&A site that exists at the moment.

Also, remember so many of the names already mentioned on this question. Lady Alathia of Vulcan, Cruiser, Hungry guy, Lucile, Tallman…that is what I called him, MsV, and one other….cannot remember…imagine that! Oh, Ucme and Scooby! Dang, and Brian…remember all these, now!

I was there with the same name but I was fairly new when it all went pear-shaped, so I wasn’t well-known there.

Guilty. I was Jim in a Nautilus COAT there/ There was already a Jim here and with the strong moderation, there was no COATs group and no need for one. So I went with my professional screen-name.

Of course, with the lack of ability to change one’s screen-name at will, that doesn’t really work here. ^_^

I still visit AB periodically, but it is still a shadow of its former self.
How does this site compare? I have not really used it since I joined many moons ago.

@Grandma_Roses I used to really enjoy AB under the handle, vJim in a Nautilus COAT. But after the makeover, I knew the thrill was gone. I’ve found a real home here. Very welcoming crowd and lots of incredibly bright people in every specialty you can name. I love it here now. I hope you’ll test the waters and see if you agree.
