How can I get a game off my iPod 5G?

I know how to get music and videos off my iPod, but I was wondering if it was possible to get a game off it (Tetris, to be precise). I bought my iPod second hand and the game was already on there, but I’m considering a restore and was wondering if there was any way I could salvage it without having to buy it again…

Nope. You can only do this if you have the iTunes account that came with the iPod and it’s mine so you can’t have it.
