Before I use "the best webapp in the world", what is it exactly?

found a new webapp on apple.com that is called the best webapp in the world. It is also designed as a prank. What does it do?

it’s stupid. You hit the Start button three times in three different places, then there’s a screenshot of a window that’s been shot. Then there is a picture of a bum bent over slightly with a sign on his back saying, “kick me as hard as you can”; there is a sign to the right, saying April Fools!
