What is the best way to convince or fight for something or someone you love when your parents won't let you?

i am a 17 year old girl. i live in a house where i am not allowed to do many things. for example im not allowed out, and such.
but my dad is like a dictator. he will not listen to reason and i want him to hear me out but his dictator ways wont allow him to.
i want to convince him to let me have a boyfriend but any talk about a guy friend or boyfriend he goes balistic and threatens to kick me out or send me to boot camp and he doesnt joke around. he truly has a dictator personality.

how can i convince him to let me have a boyfriend?
please i need help without disrespecting him.
