There’s nothing “wrong” with it, it just looks different from what it used to. You’ll be looking into a mirror ere long and saying that to yourself, by the way.
The best way that I can help you—and I mean this in all seriousness—is to suggest that you take on some bigger problems. It’s time. Doing your own laundry would be a start.
It looks as though it may have shrunk. Wet it and try stretching it back into the original length. you’ll need to weight it down until it dries, cans of food maybe.
Have you tried to iron it? If it has a steam setting, give it a couple spritzes, and iron away.
Looks like the material of the sweatshirt shrank but the fabric part of the zipper did not. It’s not unusual. Try @faye and @Pied_Pfeffer‘s suggestions. In the future, try air-drying it (or similar hoodies).
ETA: And don’t wash in hot water – use cold.
Do not iron. That will make it worse.
Throw it away. Hoodies are over.
I’ve had this happen to my hoodies too. Here’s the secret: make sure it’s zipped all the way up before putting it in the washing machine or dryer. I haven’t found any way to undo it, but this trick will prevent it from happening in the first place.
You are going to need a tool box, duct tape and possibly an I.V. drip of Morphine.
