Oh man, rick rolled again!
can we take a moment to pause and laugh at the broncos, plz?
Since moving here from WI 8 years ago, I’ve concluded the Broncos fans don’t deserve a good team. When the Pack plays poorly, the fans and local sportswriters don’t instantly turn on them like the Broncos fans do. Screw them. If they have no loyalty, they deserve to lose like that every week.
I’ve hated the Broncos since they beat the Pack in the Superbowl in the 90s.
@deni Yeah. My Broncos. They were playing hot potato yesterday, but I’ll never turn on my team. :(
@cockswain You can’t hate them more than the Cowboys. My husband has been a lifelong Packers fan. Me, Broncos. That was the best Super Bowl ever. Even my husband can’t deny that. ;)
@cockswain ive made that conclusion in the last year too. i was at the laundromat yesterday and was lucky enough to catch the end of the Steeler game. Everyone was into it, mostly people with Broncos stuff on. Then I went back to pick my stuff up later and the Bronco game was on, and everyone just looked embarrassed. Also I have seen more Steeler bars here in Boulder than bars with a Bronco emblem on them. But what can you expect :)
@jonsblond Ugh. Cowboys are always top of the list. Cowboys and Patriots tie for number one. And every other team is just meh, whatever, compared to those two. hah.
The Cowboys are tied for my most hated team in the NFL with the Vikings. I might actually hate the Cowboys slightly more.
haha… I’m really hating the Raiders right now.
I’m also hating the Raiders, but only because I sat McFadden in my fantasy team. The Packers/Vikes game is a real indication of how up in the air the NFC is this year. The only consistently good team in the conference seems to be the Giants. (I’d love to see a NY v. NY superbowl, mind you).
But who’s else could represent the NFC? Look at the teams that people were predicting to be the powerhouses before the season began:
Dallas – the spot on favorite in the preseason. Really? Despite having the same pop-tart for a coach they had last year?
New Orleans – the defending champs. No if only they could beat CLEVELAND!
Vikings – Could everyone do me a Favre and stop predicting Brett will get another ring?
Green Bay – if they can overcome this rash of injuries they might be able to mount a run at the end of the year.
The Entire NFC West – The shame is that one of these crappy teams has to go to the postseason by default.
