Let's hear about your out-of-body experience.

Many people have had an OOB experience and/or sleep paralysis that brought about numerous physical and psychological effects. Aliens can be sensed or seen as well as other phenomena such as ghosts or angels. I’ve never had one. What about you? What have you sensed , heard or actually seen ? Don’t be afraid; get it off your chest.

I’ve actually described my experience with sleep paralysis here on Fluther, before. It was scary as all hell, and I am pretty sure it was stress and sleep deprivation related.

When I eat and stuff myself, the “soul” exits the body and looks down on good ole me silently consuming huge amounts. In most cases I guess it wouldn’t want to enter the greedy body again!!!!!
