Are some awards on Fluther no longer attainable?

I have a feeling that Pilgrim can no longer be achieved.

I believe they are all still attainable. I just got the Pilgrim about a month ago. Are you curious about any one in particular?

Prigrim can be acheived pretty easily. The hardest part, like all of the Atlantis awards, is trying to figure out the clue. I can’t tell you how to get it, but the clue reads something like “An epic journey that culminates upon the begining of time”. I acheived it about ~1 week ago.

Pretty sure all are doable be everyone. Fluther is cool like that.

Speaking of awards…I am only 6 lurve short of the First-mate badge.
I love the that one, reminds me of the joke; First mate, then steer the boat.

I’m pretty sure Old-timer is no longer available. Other than that, I think they’re all still up for grabs.

I have Pilgrim, but I have no idea how I got it. The only white award that I have any sort of clue about is Feeding Frenzy.

I have Pilgrim and I know how I got it. Feeding Frenzy and Cake in the Frizzer, I don’t know. I know what I was doing when I got them, but I don’t know why. I’m so confused

I think “Old-Timer” is the only one that isn’t attainable to everyone. If it is, I have no clue how to get it…

Official answer: old-timer is the only one no longer achievable. There are some tricky ones and some ones that require hard work (40k, 50k for instance haven’t yet been awarded to anyone because they require a ton of work).

If anyone wants to guess about the secret awards feel free to shoot me a PM. I may or may not cryptically admit if you’re right or wrong about your guesses.

I’m still trying to get the Oliver Twist: Answer an orphan that’s at least two days old with a Great Answer. I answered an orphan, but that’s as far as I got.

Personally I’m happy just to keep collecting Perfecto-Fish Awards. I don’t know what the record is and I know that DominicX has a lot more than I do but I don’t think 172 Perfecto-Fish so far is a bad showing at all. There’s a lot to be said to sticking with your strengths, thought in this case, this particular award may be more a measure of one’s weaknesses than one’s strengths”.

Think I’m right on the verge or over it, of getting another one for this comment! Dammit! Chill out lilly, old girl!

@Lightlyseared I have a feeling that Pilgrim can no longer be achieved. Got that one the day before yesterday, don’t even know what I did to trigger it though. Maybe it is like the Pac Man “Apple pattern” it was a certain combination of answers and questions that done it.

I have an idea on how Pilgrim may be won…
