Perhaps arnica gel or tablets? I’m not sure if it would work, but must be worth a shot.
Pack it with ice and try and not put pressure directly on the eye or blow your nose.
Taking an anti-inflammatory (Advil, Motrin, Aleve) would probably be a good idea. Hope it’s not too painful!
Instead of regular ice I use a bag of frozen peas, it molds to your face better and isn’t so poky.
Frozen peas, glass of scotch, and a picture of the ass that did this to you on the dart board. Throw lots of darts. Press charges to conclusion.
I’m with the bag-o-peas people.
And if cartoons have taught us anything it’s that a nice juicy steak on your face is good for black eyes.
Yea, stop touching it. Though, they say rubbing a bruise will cause it do go away faster.
Ok, start touching it.
Having had a few…
Ice, NSAIDs, 7–10 days.
