How can I get Fraps to record my entire screen?

Fraps is great for games, and hypercam sucks ass for recording the screen. Can I trick fraps to record the entire screen or different windows so I can have a really good tutorial video?

Most important for it to record would be a VirtualBox instance, becuase I could record another computer running my stuff.

I don’t think fraps can record non full screen applications. I do know that Camstudio will meet the needs you want, so you may as well give that a try as it’s free.
