Do you have a routine or schedule every day?

And if you don’t follow it you are kind of lost?

The only schedule I have right now is to get up and get my son ready for school in the morning, take him to school, and then pick him up after school. Other than those things, I’m free to do whatever I want (unless I go in to work).
