Why won't my eye stop pulsing?

Are you lacking sleep lately? Tired? That can also be a reason.

Generally those are the two things that do it for me. When I am tired, I get a little twitchy in general, though it often hits my legs and shoulders while leaving my eyes alone. As for stress, that is almost the opposite; the first sign in a twitch in the right eye,

Could be overdose on caffeine as well. Do you consume tons of caffeine? This could be the answer. Cut back on your caffeine intake and cleanse your system immediately with water to stop your eye from spazzing out

@unworldlife Possibly correct, though that runs counter to my experience. Then again, caffeine detox makes me so tired that my eye may twitch anyways, possibly for a different reason.

@DrasticDreamer I actually had really good sleep last night but I did have a bad dream… wonder if its that.
@unworldlife I don’t really drink things that are caffeinated, i’ve been craving water a lot though lol.
