From the DEA home page:
DEA Employment Requirements
All applicants must meet the certain conditions of employment to be eligible for employment at DEA. These conditions include
U.S. Citizenship
Successfully pass a DEA administered drug test for illegal drugs
Complete a DEA Drug Questionnaire to show compliance with the DEA Drug Policy (See DEA Drug Policy for more information)
Successfully pass a background investigation
Registration with the Selective Service System, if male and born after 12/31/1959
You will not be eligible for employment at DEA if you do not meet these requirements. All of theses requirements are thoroughly reviewed during the entire employment process. Please make sure you can meet all of these requirements before applying for a position with DEA.

Personally, I would steer away from an large organization that pretends to fight drugs. They are too open for corruption and have an agenda to keep all drugs illegal because they become useless if drugs become illegal and drug gangs disappear. That agency is responsible for keeping a large number of nonthreatening Americans in jail and violating state rights by attacking marijuana manufactures and dealers in California. I suppose that there are some good parts but that agency cause more harm than good and there would be a vast saving in our budget if it could be eliminated.
As a non-citizen, it would be dangerous for you to become involved in it.
