Need a freeware graphic equaliser download for XP Pro?

Mighty fluther computer boffin types,

I’m currently running windows xp pro on a Lenovo 3000 C200 notebook, the standard windows driver gives limited audio tweaking;
Master volume
Wave
Synth
Etc…..
I have a Logitec stereo speaker set complete with small sub, and was hoping to be able to download an audio driver with some bass and trebble tweakery built in.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP!...........
