Watching “The Pacific”, the HBO miniseries (damn good, if you haven’t seen it yet).

Eating waffles, working on one of my novels, and watching Back to the Future pt II.

Statistics homework, latte, pajamas.

Cooking dinner for a change, then I’ll continue to abuse Netflix until I fall asleep.

I’ve just finished cooking up two pounds of bacon, we took the dog in for his grooming and he came back all nice and clean with toenails clipped. I have a big pork shoulder roast in the slow cooker, and a nice size beef roast in the pot.

I finished off the Samuel Adams sampler and the Chocolate Bock was actually pretty good. Hubby is getting ready to go to our rental house and check the stucco repair worker.

My oldest grandson is at work, he loves his new job. My number two grandson is not too happy to do housework in exchange for his rent – he just finished cleaning out the refrigerator. I hope he will be unhappy enough to go out and get a job, instead.

I’m looking forward to turning back the clock tonight from 2 am to 1 am and see if I can stay up another hour.

I’m watching Bones, munching on some sunflower seeds, and drinking a diet coke… all while sitting in bed under my nice warm blankets.

This. And finding the stupidest people in the world to be my partner in Yahoo!Spades.

I just got back from a birthday party for my four-year-old neighbor. It was pretty cool – good food, a campfire and s’mores, excellent beer for the discriminating adults and an early end time so I can come back here and waste my extra hour playing on the computer and rockin’ the ‘80s vinyl.

We [my Furry Man and I] slept rather late and then went to get bulgogi at our favorite place. It always puts me in a carb coma, so we came back to his house, I took a soak in the whirlpool tub with the Vermont Country Store catalog and then passed out face down in a pile of pillows. I woke up about 30 minutes ago with major bedhead and got on Fluther. That’s it so far. I should go get myself together because I can guarantee he will want to go out in a little while.

waiting for my husband to get back from his fishing trip. watching some movie with hilary swank and teenagers with my attitudinal teen age daughter. gonna heat up chicken for dinner and have potato salad.

Watching Bones and fluthering!

Just arrived home from a very busy day. Hubby and I went to the antique mall, then eye-glass shopping, then to the farmer’s market for veggies and goodies. I had a great day. Relaxing now with a glass of wine and watching Dial M for Murder on TV and of course fluthering!

@Jeruba: That was a good movie. The rape scene was kind of scarring, though.

It is Sunday lunch here, we were up at 5 and took the dogs on their Sunday adventure walk. It was beautiful along the river, saw some roos and race horse out for an early swim. Home then off to the market for fresh veg, now just lazing about until something else turns up.

It’s Sunday where I am located. Haven’t done much today. Just avoided going to church and watched Star Trek.

I watched The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, and Aladdin. Then I made some fantastic tikka masala and have been painfully working on my novel for NaNoWriMo. Currently I’m on the couch watching Harold and Kumar and trying to get inspired to write some more.

Just came back from a fun dinner with friends at a new Japanese restaurant in town.
I’ll poke around here for a bit then I’m taking a shower and going to bed.
Friends are coming over tomorrow morning to help me spit wood and move it to the house. so I have to get up early. I wish they weren’t so nice.

One poke is enough. I’m taking that shower now. It’s bed time. Good night,

Update: at our usual bar. Furry Man is smoking a cigar with our friend who is bartending. I am singing karaoke and drinking a cocktail I invented (banana Cruzan rum, Red Bull with a splash of black raspberry cordial. Tastes like Juicy Fruit gum). Sang Fall Out Boy already and next will sing Hall and Oates. Lol

Making homemade tacos after a quick bath and then hopefully a footrub while watching some Netflix.

Now I’m watching Whip It, cuddling with my baby Jelly and waiting for the wife to come home.

About to smoke up and play some video games.

Now I’m eating the best goddamn bowl of Spaghettios I have ever tasted in my life while watching Dirty Dancing… but you already knew that

Trying to get the courage to climb into my slleeping bag when it is freezing out here. But anabsolutely gorgeous starry night and saw the most billiant gold trailed meteo in the Eastern sky!

I’m thinking about the future with my fiancé :) he asked me to marry him tonight :) I said yes. It was perfect.

@rooeytoo, haha, that’s only because I’m on break right now from fighting Nazis, composing symphonies, and memorizing religious texts while learning to manipulate matter with my mind.

I watched the movie How to Train a Dragon.

It’s about 3:30AM, Sunday morning now. Saturday was an eventful day! Arrived at my ex-husband’s house with my daughters only to find that every smoke detector in the place was going off. He wasn’t there yet, and when I opened the front door I smelled “hot” (kind of like a toast smell). Backed out and called 911. Minutes later, the place was swarming with firemen. Because I opened the front door, but didn’t go far enough in to disable the burglar alarm, minutes after that the police showed up, too! After a tense half hour, they determined that it was a smoke alarm malfunction, and not a fire. YAY!

I dropped the girls off and while they took their showers, I ran over and visited with a friend. Came back to help the two oldest girls get ready for the homecoming dance. It was also my oldest daughter’s first date. :) Curled the hair of one, straightened the hair of another, took care of wardrobe malfunctions for both. They looked beautiful!

Came home and ate some Popeye’s fried chicken and watched most of Avatar on TV with my husband before I fell asleep on his lap.

I spent some much needed quality time with my favourite man.

We had a good night. I made spaghetti, drank a little bit of wine and watched one hit wonders of the 80s on VH1. Once we were done with dinner we watched The Crazies, then Grindhouse Death Proof. We haven’t had a movie night in a very long time. It was nice to relax like that. My little kitty cuddled with me too. :)

Went into the Big City with some friends, had a yummy dinner at a Turkish restaurant, saw a terrific play at a tiny theater, loved the train ride home with punchy and silly conversation all the way…
