General Question

Device Manager empty?

When I click on start / control Panel /system/ hardware/device manager / the dialogue box is empty so when I plug in any-thing into my USB it does’nt work, camera, memory stick or even my sound system, they all worked this morning! not now and I don’t know why.

O and by the way everything that was left plugged in still works and the machine is still as fast as ever.
