JWin JBM60 Headset microphone not working!

I have purchased 15 jwin jbm60 headsets for my classroom, and non of them are working. Audio is fine. I have tried using it with a number of applications, and have gone into the settings and see that it is selected as both input and output. There is a green light blinking when I am in a program that would use the microphone, steady when I am out of that program or website. There is a mic off button, which turns red when pushed. I have messed around with all of these and nothing has worked. Please help!!
