Hello : )
What is a good workout for the inner upper area of my chest?
For upper outer chest area I do incline dumbbells and twist my wrists while lifting to face the pinkies towards each other at the top of the lift.
For the Cleavage, I do the same but turn my thumbs so they face each other.
What should I do for the inner upper area?

I’ve always found that reclining pec flys and incline bench press work that area the most effectively.
Resistance bands.
Man..they do a great job and you can use them in many different ways.
I’m assuming you are a female. (?)
I have had great results in building the chest muscles which help puff out the breasts. lol
We must, we must, we must increase our bust!
Resistance bands are okay, but be careful using them near your face. I’ve known several people who popped themselves in the eye with one when it slipped out of their grip.
Flat and incline presses, flat and incline flyes and cross bench pullovers are a few to try.

Good point, it’s happened.
Bands need to be replaced after a few years as the rubber deteriorates.
I also do push ups ( push offs ) on my deck railing.
Get semi-horizontal with back straight and do push offs.
