You should consider looking at Japanese online retailers – www.amazon.co.jp is available in English. My wife is Japanese – she’s less than 5’ tall, and has feet the same size as yours. She still finds the killer heels.

If all else fails, find a shoemaker that will make a pair of shoes to fit your feet. they should be able to put some style into their shoes for you. they did this in the military. only they left out the classy part.

Believe me if Money were no object I would have my clothes and shoes made! I have the same issue with finding clothes too!
