Have you started watching holiday movies this season? If not, when do you start?
What is your favorite holiday movie/animation to watch?
Do you remember every scene of your favorite movie, yet you watch it religiously?
Personally, I never tire of A Christmas Carol (any version). I really love me some Ebenezer Scrooge.XD

I usually start after Thanksgiving and The Muppet Christmas Carol is one of my faves. I love all the traditional ones as well. Various versions of Miracle on 34th Street, It’s a Wonderful Life,Desk Set and…and…and… I love doing the mushy holiday thing.
Scrooged and A Christmas Story.
Christmas Vacation,
Start watching it after December 20th
I know this movie like the back of my hand
A Christmas Story!
Fa ra ra ra ra
but not until Christmas Eve
The Garfield Christmas show, I forgot the name of it though…. The Grandma on there reminds me of my dear late Grandmother.
For me, it is White Christmas.
I can’t wait to watch National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation!!!
Our favourite is The Ref and we also enjoy Elf as a family. I enjoy White Christmas, Miracle on 34th Street and It’s a Wonderful Life…my family much less so.
Love Actually and The Nightmare Before Christmas
Okay, they’re not too Christmassy that you can’t watch them any other time of year, but I don’t really like the films that are. (Christmas music on the other hand, well… I’ve got a box next to the cd player ready to go)
scrooge with albert finney
Scrooge with George C Scott
Rudolph the red nosed raindeer
Ernest saves Christmas
A Christmas Story is one of my favorites.I saw a theatre production of it last year that made me want to cry….in agony XD
Home for the Holidays and A Christms Story
I love the Rankin/Bass animation Rudoph the Red-Nosed Reindeer(Rankin/Bass). I even have the soundtrack now. It is awesome.
I’d also kinda like to see Christmas with a Capital C, but just because it’s sounds so bad. Nothing like fomenting dislike towards puppy-kicking atheists to get us in that heartwarming Christmas spirit.
@fundevogel “I’m cute, I’m cute! She said I’m Cuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuute!!”
A Christmas Story, Love Actually, and The Nightmare Before Christmas have been “my” Christmas movies for years and years. Today I watched Nativity! and added it to the list.
Aside from the traditional few such as Peanuts, Rudolf and Garfield, I am actually looking forward to watching a Muppet Christmas Carol. I just like the quirkiness of it. I also enjoy all of the old cartoons and black and white specials like Miracle of 34th Street as well. The best part about it all is getting together with the family and enjoying these things with one another.
