How do I report a bug to Gmail?

Considering that an email can be used as a document take to as proof in court, how fast do you think it should take to solve it?
This is a freind who wrote:
“I’m searching for a way to contact Google staff. I can’t find an email address :( Or a feedback link or anything like that. “Contact us” link does not provide a way to contact them….. instead it takes you to help guide, help forums and known bugs.”
It is my experience as well. What major timestamp bug is currently unsolved in one of the main email clients?
