What is a good way to lose water weight before Monday?

I got a weigh in on monday and I want to see what I really weigh. Been hitting the gym and the people are cleaning the sauna till monday so I can’t use that. Already do a ton of cardio. Need additional info.

Avoid as much sodium as possible and drink a lot of water. The water will help to flush out any excess sodium that you might have. (You might not have any for all I know – it’s just a suggestion.) Eat as many vegetables and other high fiber foods as you can.

OTC water pills will do the trick. if not this, then eat watermelon or granberries. both are great diuretics…....the natural way. be prepared to go a lot.

Avoid sodium. Drink lots of water. Eat lots of fruit.

Drink water, drink water, drink water. That’s the best way.

Get a Body Wrap. They put hot towels around you, and you lose several pounds quickly, though usually temporarily. Perfect for Class Reunions.

I agree with water, add lemon or lime juice to it. They also work as diuretics.

I would drink water and execise as you have been .
