Have you found any incredible deals or offers for Black Friday, either from in-store or on-line ads?

I am not someone that shops on Black Friday, because I feel it’s not worth dealing with the crowds just to save a little money. I totally ignore the ads because I am not so eager as to wake up at 5:00 a.m. the day after Thanksgiving just to shop!
However, if you have found some incredible offers, I am willing to listen and possibly go out and brave the crowds! Do tell!

What’s “Black Friday”?? @ the risk of sounding dumb!!! :-/
@Scooby It is the day after Thanksgiving when stores make great deals to lure shoppers in. Sales start in the middle of the night. There are limited numbers of the best deals.
@Scooby, it’s called “Black Friday” because it’s often the first day at which retailers turn a profit for the year… they’re ”in the black” as opposed to being ”in the red”.
Thanks guys, I’m now enlightened ;-)
By the by, I also keep a weather eye on the dealnews [dot] com Editors’ Choice RSS feed… it’s like Black Friday all year long.
My favorite local consignment store puts its entire stock at ½ price for the Friday, Saturday, and Sunday following Thanksgiving. Plus they refresh the inventory daily. It’s fantastic.
@robmandu – Though I know this meaning for it, I can’t help but think of this Black Friday, which was about this Black Friday.
I hope I can find a deal on a 2TB external drive. I’ve got my eye on a Hitachi. We’ll see what pans out. I’m a be Googlin’ my butt off Friday morning, y’all.
I seriously doubt I will get the deal I want. The Westinghouse 40” LCD TV for $298 at Target will most likely be impossible to get. So far, my husband thinks he will try.
