Is this a reliable VPN service?

I’ve been searching through VPN services for various reasons, and I was wondering if www.hideipvpn.com/ is reliable. It has good reviews on sites and such and I was just wondering if anyone here had used them before.

One thing that caused me to ask this question was what I found in the privacy policy: “However, we cannot guarantee that the information submitted to, maintained on, or transmitted from our systems will be completely secure.”

If you know what this means, please expand more on this as I do not know what to think about it.

Guh, sorry. I didn’t read into it enough. The only information collected is via cookies and how you use their website.

If using windows 7, be sure to find a provider that offers SSTP VPN. I didn’t see it offered at either hideipvpn or roadwarrior. Consider blacklogic.
