What would happen if if we walked horizontally instead of vertically?

if, if were buts…

After a minute of thought: we could be centaurs

People would be referred to as “long” instead of “tall”.

We would see a lot less of what is going on around us.

We would have trouble reading facial expressions.

Our legs would be shorter and our feet would be longer.

How could we do that?

Don’t know why this reminds me of the sick movie, ‘Human Centipede’

There’d be a lot more mating going on.

It wouldn’t be any different.
It’d be what we are used to for our entire lives, so we would have already adapted and made it work.

@rangerr, good point! I was missing that. Ok, lets add this: What if, one day, things changed? What if we went from vertical to horizontal?

We couldn’t drive anymore? We’d have to change the toilets and everything else!
