I wonder: what makes you reluctant or unable to see someone in person? I think it’s probably more effective that way.

And a large part of working w. a real person is the body language, eye contact, tone of voice, etc. (of both parties.

People who do therapy on-line may be like the phone sex gang – filing their nails, chewing gum, watching TV,..<fill the blank>.
