My all time fave was altavista, which is no more. I have to say though, in terms of viability I really like yahoo! For example when I got my iPhone I was able to instantly sync all of my contacts with one swift click of the mouse onto my iPhone. I like the fact my contacts are with me whether I access them on my PC, my iPhone, or any cmputer that has an Internet connection.
Apple Mail is by far the best I’ve used. Cleanest, easiest to use, best intergration, and most productive.
You can always set up you Gmail using IMAP, and have the best of both worlds. Apple and Google make a great team.
Well, I prefer Windows Live! Mail to Office Outlook. I did use the latter for a long time, but lacked of a decend respond – it just kept lagging and freezing. So now I use Live Mail!, which is light-weight, quick, simple and yet very professional. :-)
I enjoy the gmail web interface best. Mail.app is ok, but limited. I stopped using it when I moved from .mac to gmail.
Outlook on windows is still the standard. Like m$ or not, its a good program.
I think AIM MAil is the best by far!!! Dont go with GMail it isnt good I tried it. AIM Mail is VERY easy to use. You’ll love it! PLus it comes with free im-ing!!!
