It's been two months and I still haven't received an item that I purchased on Etsy, what can I do besides giving negative feedback (I would really like my money back)

Other than giving negative feedback and contacting the selling, hoping that they would give me a refund, what else can I do.

The seller, unfortunately, lied about sending out the item. Nothing has been sent atall.
