1,300 miles from Chicago to Albuquerque. I think it took 19 hours. It was the weekend after 9/11, and I had to drive to and from Chicago for a buddy’s wedding.
St. Louis to Philly and back all the time (900 miles), Philadelphia to Miami (1200 miles), St. Louis to Miami (1200 miles).
I can only tell you that I’ve driven myself to the edge of insanity for lack of it a few times.
San Diego California to New Orleans Louisiana.1820 miles and 36 hours
My husband drove from Chicago to Boise, ID without sleep. It was 1692 miles and about 32 hours.
Please. Pull over. I can’t spare any of you.
I left NC after work at 5pm. drove to central Florida, picked up some tigers from a private zoo going out of business, then turned around and drove back to NC (couldn’t stop with the cats in the van).
