How long do you think it will take all the small business owners who outsource their social media marketing to realize that social media is only effective if it’s done by actual people who care about or are passionate about the product or service being offered?

The point of such outsourcing is, often, to create that market, or expand it. So, there’s no need to stop outsourcing unless you can demonstrate that it’s not working for your product. However, it’s not mutually exclusive from a more targeted marketing campaign.
