Is there a decent alternternative to wix.com that does not charge for web forwarding?

I have no skill in webpage coding but I needed a simple online portfolio for my illustration work. Not so long ago I made one in wix and was very happy with it but later found out it would cost me at least 5 dollars a month to forward it to my domian name from 123reg. Is there another decent site or program that will allow me to drag and drop design a webpagefor free? It must be able to web forawarding as I want to use the domain name that I have already bought. Please halp! thanks!
