What’s up doc? I tawt I taw a puddy cat & Yabba Dabba Doo…...being just three splendid examples of this craft. I must admit, my allegiance lies with this little fella. How about you & yours….eh? Admittedly it doesn’t necessarily have to be a catchphrase. Just something the particular character is well known for saying.

The funniest: “Where’s the kaboom? There was supposed to be an earth-shattering kaboom!”
My favourite: “Hey, Rocky! Watch me pull a rabbit out of my hat!” / ”Again?!”
I’m sure I’ll change my mind in five minutes.
“Cowabunga!”, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
“Suffer’in Sucatash!”, Sylvester
Doh!
Don’t have a cow, man.
Ay caramba.
Also, any time Marge can’t say ‘No’ to Homer and just does her, “Mmmmm… I don’t know Homie.” Good times will ensue.
Popeye’s laugh
I yam what I yam.
I would gladly pay you Tuesday for a hamburger today. (The very premise of every government program ever instituted.)
Woody Woodpecker’s Laugh.
Not my favorite, I have too many to list. But right up there. The first words spoken by the Pink Panther: “Why can’t man be more like animals?”
Eeyore and other Pooh characters said the majority of my favorite quotes. Piglet sidled up behind Pooh. “Pooh,” he whispered. “Yes, Piglet?” “Nothing,” said Piglet, taking Pooh’s paw. “I just wanted to be sure of you.”
“Ruh Roh Raggy!” -Scooby Doo
Illudium Q-36 Space Modulator!
“I am the great Cornholio”
I’m smarter than the average bear!!
Jessica Rabbit from Who Framed Roger Rabbit…...
“I’m not bad. I’m just drawn that way.”
“OOOOOOO! Ah HATES that rabbit!”
@CyanoticWasp – when was the last time Bart actually said “Aye carumba?” for that matter, did he even say it a dozen times in the past twenty years?
”...in my pants!” – JFK from “Clone High”
“Like me that time!” – Latrina from “Bromwell High”
“Timmay!” – Timmy
“Good news, everyone!” – Professor Farnsworth
“SPOOOOONNN!!!” – The Tick
“Seymour!” – Agnes Skinner
@Smashley if he said it all the time, then it wouldn’t be funny any more, would it? (I think ‘D’oh!’ may be the exception to that rule. Even though you know Homer will say it at least once every ten minutes, it somehow never loses its hilarity for me.)
Damn you vile woman – Stewie
Giggity giggity – Quagmire
StiiiiiiiiiiimmmmPPY!!!!!
Betty boop from Roger Rabbit ” Whatta Lucky Goyle!”
Woody wood peckers Laugh
And this little tidbit from Fraggle Rock ( not cartoon, but I count it!)
Mokey Fraggle: It was rapturous!
Red Fraggle: Is “rapturous” the same as “boring”?
Wembley Fraggle: I don’t think so.
Red Fraggle: Then she’s wrong.
~From Fraggle Rock
There was a character in an adult comic Viz, in the early 90’s called Rude Kid. He once rolled out the line ‘Piss up a rope fuckstick!’. I don’t know why but it stayed with me forever!!
Pinky: Gee, Brain, what do you want to do tonight?
Brain: The same thing we do every night Pinky, try to take over the world.
Cartman: Screw you guys, I’m going home.
@OreetCocker do you think I could sue for a copyright violation? I’ve been using “Piss up a rope” since the early 80s. Well, I didn’t invent it, so I guess I can’t claim copyright, either.
“Th-th-th-th-That’s all folks!” ~ Porky Pig.
I find myself using Homer’s “Oooh… donuts” a lot. :-)
“I need t-p for my bunghole”
