@MissAnthrope-Thank you! That is perfect! Dinner is in one hour! :))
I was really going to say spanakopita when I opened this thread.
@TheOnlyNeffie -You are welcome to drop by too,but make it quick before I make it vanish :)
As I said in PM, I expect a piece. I shall henceforth inform you of my address. And make sure it’s still warm, thanks.
@MissAnthrope -Warm?It could be on fire! You do know I’m cooking this, don’t you? XD
I was also going to suggest spanakopita. It’s just so yummy!
I’ve always enjoyed making pickle bread with dill dough. ;-)
AND baklava?
I really am coming over. I imagine I’ll be a while, I think there is a lot of snow between us.
Lucy, I’ll be there in 40 minutes!
Dang.. now I’m all hungry and craving spanakopita! So cruel.
Hey, if you ever have an excess of phyllo dough again, check this out. Oh man.. who knew there were so many options?
Wrap me in phyllo dough and feed me to the lesbians.
Ok, now the dyslexic in me wants to make a balaclava out of phyllo dough.
Oh! Oh! Oh! You know what else is good? Get a wedge of brie, put some jam on top of it (I’ve found that peaches, apples, marmalades, figs etc are the good ones, not so much with the berries, but it’s a personal preference), wrap the whole thing in phyllo dough, and bake it. Serve with toast points/crackers.
This. Or just doing it with goat cheese, a little garlic, and sun dried tomatoes. :)
This made me really hungry, no joke.
