Do you wake up with the same mood that you fall asleep with?
Many times I’ve thought to myself “Oh tomorrow’s a new day”. Can your dreams alter the mood that you wake up with? i.e. if you have a stressful dream will you wake up stressed out?

I’m not a morning person, so I would say no. Certainly, if I’ve had bizarre dreams when I wake up I’m very tired. I also think that my mood fluctuates depending on how I’m waking up. Did I oversleep… is it due to a jarring sound, etc.
I don’t wake up with the same mood I went to sleep with. At night I usually have a lot of things on my mind and I start to worry, but when I wake up I have forgotten about all those things…(for the time being) and i’m in a better mood. But I HATE my alarm!
i wake up angry if an alarm clock wakes me
@skgskgskg: I’m usually the opposite, I go to bed knowing that I don’t have to deal with all of my worries at that time, I can just sleep. But the next morning I’m reminded of all of my worries so I get all stressed out.
I am never happy when I have to get up in the morning, but usually happy when I fall asleep.
Usualy it’s good practice to go to bed in a good mood. ” Man who go to bed eating crackers wake up feeling crummy…..
I am a morning person. I wake up early with no problems and a smile on my face. I am usually cranky late at night when I go to bed. It does not matter how late I stay up…I am awake at five am. I know it’s sad.
I wake up in a good mood unless I am sick. I really get in a good mood if I wake up to sunshine through my window. I don’t know why but the sun in my window puts a smile on my face everytime.
@gooch: I completely agree with the sunshine. Even if its in the middle of the afternoon I find that I’m in a much better mood if its sunny outside. My mood definitely changes with the weather.
I love when I have a bad dream and wake up realizing it was just a dream. I hate when its a reloty that something bad actually happened before going to bed
If I go to sleep upset or mad, I just wake up all tired, confused and just not talking to I’m guessing no? haha
UM. . .
