I need it for an ad again :) It would be better if the occasion’s applicable to all countries or atleast in Asia :) Thanks!

In the US, Labor Day usually falls in September, although it might be int the end of August.
There’s also back-to-school. Do people celebrate it? Parents, yes. Kids, I am not sure.
And on Sept. 21 or 22, the autumnal equinox announces the end of summer, at least in the Northern Hemisphere.
Apparently the first Sunday in September is Father’s Day in Australia.
September 16 is the Mexican Independence Day (not cinco de mayo)
Yom Kippur and Rosh Hashanah both begin in September, I think… but it might change depending on the year.
And most importantly: September 19th is International Talk Like a Pirate Day!
Here is a list of a bunch of things that take place in September. Some are more important than others, though.
My wedding anniversary? I think Equinox is the only one celebrated world wide.
Some people celebrate 9–11, well, somebody had to say it.
Jewish people around the world celebrate their highest holy days in September, Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur.
September is only fall in countries north of the equator.
I now celebrate not having to go back to school. My retired dad (was a teacher) also celebrates this.
@JLeslie September is Fall north of the equator, and spring in the south, which is why the correct name is September Equinox, rather than fall or autumnal.
@YARNLADY :). @rts486 had said begiining of fall. Actually, I just noticed @gailcalled had pointed out it was autumn north of the equator.
Milo here: Gail is a stickler for accuracy…so tedious.
Also, my birthday is in September. :)
