Do you think being barefoot in snow could help out?
It is the first snow here since last winter/spring.. And I had an idea. I ran though the snow barefoot. My intent is to go in the snow barefoot, whenever I can, but not long enough to damage my feet. The idea behind this is that doing so will better acclimatise my body to the cold, and when I need to go out in the snow/cold, my body will warm up better, and/or keep my hands and feet from getting cold. Good idea? What do you think?
