Does anybody know jigly puff's secret on Brawl.

I think if you jump and if there is someone under you you press down and b at the same time to start sleeping and you’ll hit the opponet with a blow that will send him/her flying off of the stage. The timing is very tricky to get right though.

You have to get her/him stuck while doing a final smash. A good example of the glitch would be to do this on the elden bridge stage while the bridge is gone.
