Okay, So I have an instrumental video of a song called all the world is mad. How is having an instrumental copyrighted?

It depends on how you allow it to be used.
There are lots of options.
-You can watch but not use it for anything
-You can watch but not use it in a product people pay for
-Do what you want with it
So what do you want people to be able to do with your video?
Just watch and nothing els
I don’t know how you obtained the video, but if you didn’t create it, you certainly don’t have the copyright unless it was explicitly given to you by the original author. As a consequence, you only have the rights the original author gave you, which may range from viewing/owning it yourself to showing it to othres.
