When I call the Riley Children's Hospital what should I say?

I want to take all my stuffed animals that I dont ever use anymore, and give them to local kids with cancer at the riley childrens hospital. But before I do I would like to call them and see if it is ok and when I can bring them the stuffed animals? What exactly should I say?
