Why do people pay to go up tall buildings and then put money in binoculars to look at things on the ground?

It is the perspective on the vista that is offered by height. Also, the binoculars are for things in the distance on the horizon not just things on the ground.

Their prospective is differant. On the ground have a limited view. From high above they have an unlimited view depending on where they are.
