What was the movie with the guys in black business suits... I think they were trying to buy properties that were going to be flooded.

Yes, Northfork. Strange but appealing little movie. Wonderful imagery. Great premise. Storyline is a little fragmented and not entirely convincing. James Woods is great. The men-in-black scenes kill me. Cohen brothers directed?
