QuestNet (or QNet).. What do you know about it?

I’ve been invited into joining this company called “QestNet” or QNet by some friend of mine. And they told me that Qnet is a member of the WTO. This raised my eyebrows a little bit, because as far I know (please correct me if I’m wrong), the WTO only includes countries, not companies.

Does anyone have any details about this company and whether they are legal and legitimate or not?
