For all you fellow Capricorns….identify your bad selves!
I’ve already been alerted to two others with Birthdays on 12–31 and 1–2!
You know who are! ;-)

I too am an old goat, just ask anyone who knows me, heheheh!
I am a lion. And I am hungry.
Heh! @rooeytoo
Very interesting, It’s a social experiment to see if us Cappys draw in some of our favorite fellow cloven hooved pals. haha
So far…bingo! ;-)
I’ve never met a Capricorn I didn’t like! Maaaaaaaa
@Coloma – judging from all the crankypants answers I see in fluther, there must be a lot of us, hehehe!
I’m a Unicorn. Does that count?
@lloydbird
Sure, all part of the cloven hooved types. lol
like liking like back. Stay warm!
LIkewise. 16” on my deck and no signs of stopping.
I think we’ve got something similar.
Well..I had a very fun Birthday…lots of laughs with friends and my daughter and her boyfriend.
We also had our gift exchange and I am excited about a book I received called…
“Wesley the Owl” by Stacy O’Brien
About a biologist that raises a baby Barn Owl and his life and upbringing.
Add it to the other 3 books I’m working on. lol
Aaah….nice little wine glow happening now. :-)
Wow, snowing. We are having a 2nd cyclone watch in as many days and some flooding. Not where we are but in a lot of areas. The first cyclone was (thankfully) and anticlimax, just a little bit of a blow and this one seems to be more of the same. The whole house smells damp and musty. Actually I think the entire world as I know it smells that way at the moment! I miss snow and cold but only fleetingly.
How does Milo feel about it???
Milo here: We have drifts up to 5’ tall around the doors and on the deck. If Gail tossed me out, she wouldn’t find me until spring.
Happily, there are several live cluster flies buzzing around. I already ate two of them.
Gail here: I can’t open the back door wide enough to sweep or shovel. I can get out through the garage; the drive has been plowed once already and the guy will probably come back this afternoon.
So the biggest pain may occur when I get his bill this month.
If we don’t lose power, we’ll be fine.
@gailcalled
Well, hopefully the pantry is stocked and you won’t have to resort to sharing MIlos cat food for dinner. lol
I tried cat food once. It had a rough texture and had no flavour at all.
I did find several pellets of dried cat food in my Uggs, which I wore for the first time yesterday. They stay in the garage, so I assume that the mice left the food there for safe keeping.
@gailcalled
I keep my winter mud boots in the garage and every year I have to bang them around to, hopefully, dislodge any hidden scorpions or other creepy crawlies. lol
@Coloma: Yes, but to act as a counterbalance, I just spotted a male cardinal sitting on a pine branch that was covered in snow.
And Saturday, driving on the main street in Lenox, MA., which looks like suburbia, we were able to watch a red fox meander around, apparently fearless. He stayed in view for about 10 minutes.
To all of you snow bound friends, hope you stay warm and safe and electrified!!!
@rooeytoo So far so good – thanks! We’ve got plenty of cookies!
