Maybe a little early, but with Sat 25th behind us, my mind is turning towards the new year…
I’ll admit I haven’t thought of mine yet…
So, what – if any – will your new year’s resolution(s) be?
How many will you make?
And of course, the all important question, how long will they last?

I’m going to try to learn what my “authentic self” is and be it as much as possible. I also want to maximize the pleasure I get from my real life relationships.
Most of mine are pretty generic… exercise more, procrastinate less. And wear more lingerie.
Still formulating my resolutions, but among them I intend to buy new shoes and better-fitting underwear.
My resolution is to gain a steady income again ASAP.
The rest of the things I could say are just fluff in comparison.
I will be in the best shape and health ever, running full-blast again in by my birthday in June:)
@Likeradar Feel free to keep us updated, with pictures.

I am resolved…....
Yup! That’s it!
I am resolved!
As always, eat healthy and lose a few pounds!
I resolve to get my hip back in shape and start exercising again. that’s it.
I resolve to spend more time watching TV and to start drinking more. I’m also considering increasing the number of times I call in to work sick.
To steadfastly refuse to make any. Dey dumb!
My resolution is to start sending my work out to magazines. I’ve spent far too long hoarding stories and poems for fear of receiving rejection letters—that’s a major creativity killer. This year, I’m going to stop saying “I want to be a writer” and just be a writer.
I’ll just make paper airplanes out of the rejection letters :)
To have sex 3 times everyday until next year.
@BoBo1946 You know, you can rub your winkie raw doing that.
LOLLL… yep, and probably ruin my new hip!
As usual I’m resolving not to make any resolutions because I know I’m not going to start or keep them.:D
@BoBo1946 See you’re cutting down then, probably for the best. Pace yourself man, pace yourself! :¬)
yeah, you make a good point my friend… don’t want to over do it.
There’s a good chap. I mean, gotta make some time for a round of golf! :¬)
I don’t make any anymore.
To not be so goddamn lazy.
I will be less stressed out and will have nice new neighbors to help me on that front.
To stop leaving things unfinis
Exercise regularly, lose weight, keep working on caring less about what people think, get a job, get in school, move out of family housing and back into my life as my own again.
I am really eager to close the book on this decade. Worst. Decade. EVAR.
To be more positive. And I mean really positive. My God that’s one fantastic looking finger nail kinda positive.
Mine is to finish the first draft of my novel in 2011. And to blog more.
I don’t do resolutions. They lead to disappointment.
Why put a date on trying to be better, just start fixing things in your life as you notice them. You’ll get a shitload more accomplished.
I figure any significant changes in my life should always be implemented immediately. I hate the concept of New Year’s Resolutions. Humbug.
My goal is to start a serious cardio workout everyday, get back into weight lifting, and then quit smoking again…and lose weight in the process. its getting to friggin’ expensive.
Anybody for a couple of New Year’s Revolutions? I can be really revolting!
Yes, I don’t really make resolutions, but I do give thought to what my goals are.
So IF I was to make a resolution it would probably just be a continuation of my usual goal.
To make as much money as I can working as little as I can. lol
So I’ve finally come up with the best one I can think of… Thank you all for you fab answers!
My New Year’s Resolution is to not let “old tapes” impact on my present/future.
Amen, @Harple. That one goes almost to the top of my list.
@harple Sign me up for that one too!
Dude, I only got old CDs, no tapes D:
