Mywinlocker has stopped working, why won't it show up when I open it?

The “mywinlocker” service, on my win7 64 bit os, has stopped and the programme won’t work. The yo-safe does not show up beside my hard drive, eventhough I encripted a file using the same programme, mywinlocker.
The official name of the service is MWLService and the status is “stopped” How do I get it started?

I can’t really help with that, except you might have luck trying to open a command prompt as admin and typing in: sc start mwlservice
I also can suggest this piece of software for excellent disk encryption.
