I am planning for a move to Philadelphia. How can I find a new apartment?

ive been looking on rent.com….for a place. Is it just you moving there? Any family or friends you know that live there?

I second the Craigslist suggestion but will also add phillyweekly.com and citypaper.net . You probably won’t find as much there, but it’ll give you a few more options.

Where in Philly? Center city – or elsewhere? It is such a huge city. How about trying the online forums for U Penn, Drexel, Temple, Swarthmore, Haverford, Bryn Mawr, etc?
