How to make a good stuffed fish?

I have seen a picture of a stuffed fish with potatoes and minced meat and I am thinking of trying it. Does anybody have any knowledge of doing this and the steps that I should take?

I cannot find a recipe for fish stuffed with potatoes and meat.

Fish stuffed with crab, yes.
