I’m just looking for something I can take to help me fall asleep for tonight, and tomorow night and that’s it, I never do anything like this nor will I start. I don’t have sleeping problems. I just need to catch up on my sleep, and I took a nap today, and when I take naps in the day I have a super hard time falling asleep.
This is something I can’t afford to risk because I have a huge speech that I need to be refreshed and awake for. So I was thinking taking something like “Melatonin”? what do you think?
P.S. I’d much rather take something natural if possible, but if I’d be willing to take something non-natural.

Try Calms Forte. it is an all-natural, herbal sleep aid.
Two benadryl always knocks me right out. However I always feel groggy when I wake up, so that might not be the best idea for you and your need to be refreshed.
I would say, exercise for awhile like go on a long walk and turn off your electronics before you go to bed; so you do not get interrupted while trying to sleep.
A combination of what people have said above: do some exercise to wear yourself out. Take something like what @marinelife suggested. And youtube Bob Ross videos.
Go to a store and ask for melatonin. It’s not a sleeping pill. It’s more like a natural vitamin that promotes sleep. So, it makes you sleepy. I take it if I really have trouble sleeping.
I find that two shots of Yukon Jack and a double dose of NyQuil works nicely. Tastes like hell, but when I worked nights and had to sleep during the day it worked,
Valerian root tea or supplement is good if you want to go natural, but honestly when I need to fall asleep I take 2 Motrin PM and I am OUT COLD.
A nice warm bath. Always knocks me out.
Robaxecet- you will sleep and your muscles won’t ache.
